Spring! Flowers are everywhere...
My dear friend Yoshiko Sugimoto had her cooking class and I did the Spring Table Setting!
春！お花があふれるこの季節、、、
大切なお友達でビューティシェフの杉本佳子さんが、お料理クラスを開かれ、
私がテーブルセッティングを担当しました！
I wanted to make table "Spring Garden Table Setting", so I went to the near by deli, and got several kinds of flowers, like Tulip, Ranunculus, Grape hyacinth, Spray Roses, and arranged them. It is incredible, just arranging flower makes me so happy… Flower has such healing power.
”春のガーデンテーブルセッティング”にしようと決めて、近くのデリーにさっそく直行。：）
ラナンキュラスや、チューリップ、スプレーローズを、ばらばらにしてアレンジしてみました。
それだけでハッピーに！お花の癒しパワーってすごい。
I put my favorite blue Grape hyacinth and Spray Rose on every each napkins.
They are so cute! I like it! :)
大好きな小さな青いムスカリと、スプレーローズをナプキンにもプレイス。
かわいい！とひとりで大満足。笑
I actually had a my own garden when I was glowing up, and had so many different kinds of flowers. I love flower arrangement. I just do it as I like. Just touching flower makes me happy, that's the point! :)
実は子供の頃、自分のお庭を持っていて、たくさんのお花を育てていました。
フラワーアレンジも大好き。自己流ですが。笑
なんと言ってもお花に触れるだけで確実に幸せになれる！ポイントはそこです。笑
Yoshiko's cooking, they were all so delicious!
Her cooking is so simple, yet, it has a delicate balance, and they are all so healthy and beautiful.
佳子さんのお料理は、今回もどれも極上の美味しさでした！
とてもシンプルでありながら、細やかな配慮がされていて、ヘルシーでビューティフル。
Tomato soup, then, Endive and herring appetizer,
Kohlrabi, herring, green apple & asparagus salad.
クリーミーなトマトのスープからスタートし、
続けて、エンダイブとニシンのオードブル、
コールラビ、ニシン、青リンゴ、アスパラガスのサラダ。
Sardine & tomato pasta,
and… main was Salt-Roasted Black Sea Bass!
It was a big surprise and so yummy!
トマト味自家製オイルサーディンのパスタ、
そしてメインは、ブラックシーバスの塩釜ロースト！これがすごいんです！みなさん大拍手！
見ているだけでもダイナミックですが、出来上がっていただいて、さらに感動。おいしい！
On top of that, Pastry chef Keiko brought beautiful cake pops! Look at them, Cherry blossoms!
さらにデザートは、パテシエのKeikoさんが、ためいきが出るかわいいケーキポップスをお持ちくださり！桜のお花、、なんてロマンティック、、、食べるのがもったいないほどでした。
Spring garden luncheon. Flowers are blooming, delicious Yoshiko's cooking, and wonderful people… it was the happiest spring time!
春のお庭でのランチョン、満開のお花の中で、最高においしいよしこさんのお料理、すてきなみなさん、、、至福の春の時間をありがとうございました！
